DEAN’S CHALLENGING TREK DRAWS CLOSER

Dean-DadSoar Media Director, Dean Eldredge, is preparing to undergo a gruelling trek this October, as he plans to journey across the Great Wall of China in aid of Leicestershire charity, Vista.

Trekking in memory of his grandfather (pictured) who passed away in January, Dean will be journeying 38 miles over the course of six days, equating to an average of between six and eight hours of ground covered per-day, including steep inclines, difficult terrain and high altitude.

Anybody wishing to donate can do so via Dean’s JustGiving page

At present, thanks to many people’s generosity, Dean has raised over 45% of his targeted amount.Vista-logo However, 80% needs to be reached by the end of July – so any donation, large or small, is very much appreciated.

His selected charity, Vista, provides services, support, advice and information to almost 6000 registered blind and partially sighted local people. For more information, please click here
