TWO BUSINESSES BOOSTED BY STWLC
Two entrepreneurs from Leicestershire have been provided with the financial support to develop new businesses within the county, thanks to the Sir Thomas White Loan Charity (STWLC).
The Charity, which provides interest-free loans of up to £15,000 to people aged over 18 and under 35, approved loans totalling £18,000 to assist with the setup of the two businesses, following the most recent quarterly round of interviews with prospective borrowers.
Successful applicant Sophie Hewitt said: “Needless to say initial funding for any small business can be difficult to come by, but the Sir Thomas White Loan Charity has just made my plans become a reality, and for that I will be forever grateful!”
