ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL QUARTER FOR STWLC
The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity (STWLC) has announced that over £100,000 worth of interest-free business and education loans were provided this month, to 22 people aged between 18 and 35 from Leicestershire and Rutland.
STWLC provides loans to young people from the county, which are interest-free for nine years, with monthly repayments commencing after three.
Prospective business borrowers can apply for a loan of up to £15,000 to assist with start-up costs, whilst graduates may apply to borrow up to £6,000 to aid the cost of post-graduate study.
The next round of interviews takes place in February, with the deadline for applications 19th January.
