In a feature published on the website of The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity, education loan borrower Sam Gandy has revealed how the financial support of the Charity has opened incredible opportunities as he pursues a PhD.

The 32-year-old, from Market Harborough, took out a £5,000 interest-free loan in order to study in London – and has since been able to travel the world in order to study Entomology, with his journey taking him to Vietnam and Africa.

The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity provides interest-free education loans up to £10,000 to people aged between 18 and 35 in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
