SOAR MEDIA AGREE PARTNERSHIP WITH SIR THOMAS WHITE LOAN CHARITY
Soar Media is delighted to announce our agreement to become the official communications partners of The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity (STWLC).
The initial one-year partnership will see Soar Media provide specialist and strategic marketing consultancy services to the STWLC, with the aim of increasing the charity’s profile and raising the number of student and business borrowers.
The agreement, which began in September, has already seen Soar Media create a new, contemporary brand for STWLC, including a new logo, stationery and promotional paraphernalia, which will all be unveiled in the coming weeks.
Soar Media will also develop a purpose-built website, a promotional video and a quarterly eNewsletter, alongside general PR services and the creation of social networking activity for the charity.
Soar Media Communications Director, Dean Eldredge, said: “Approximately six years ago, we borrowed an interest-free business loan from The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity, which was essentially the catalyst for our first move in to an office space, helping to shape the company we are today.
“Now we are the charity’s official communications partners and we feel that they are an undiscovered gem within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. They lend ethically to students and businesses, offering individuals and companies genuine opportunities to expand or develop.
“We are pleased and proud to be representing the charity and I am certain that we will help to raise their profile.”
The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity, which has been in existence since 1542, was founded by one of Leicester’s most generous benefactors, Sir Thomas White. The charity lends up to £15,000 to businesses and up to £6000 to student borrowers, with all loans interest free, repayable over nine years.
The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity Chairman, Hugh Stevenson, said: “We have decided to appoint Soar Media to help raise our profile and, through this increased exposure, grow the number of student and business borrowers.
“We look forward to working with them to modernise the public perception of our charity by embracing contemporary communications methods, and most critically, by engaging with people in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.”
